A free cold breakfast is available for each student every day from 8AM-9AM, provided by the Buffalo Public Schools Food Service Department.
A free or reduced-cost lunch is available for all families under the Community Eligibility Provision, also provided by the Buffalo Public Schools Food Service Department. Daily offerings include a Fun Lunch (yogurt, cheese stick, fruit, vegetable and whole-wheat or whole-grain bread); Peanut butter and jelly (sun butter is offered for children with nut allergies) or Chef’s choice. All bread items are whole wheat or whole grain. Vegetables are offered daily to students.

Persistence Preparatory Academy Charter School is NOT a peanut-free school, but we endeavor to keep the classrooms peanut free. Parents and guardians are asked not to send any snacks to school containing nut products. Please be sure to inform the school nurse and your child’s teacher of any food allergies.
